I had just placed the order and I sent an email directly to modify it as well as contacted via the form that specifically offers this modification. It was an addition and not a modification of a personalized item. I was told that it was no longer possible because my order was in production. I find it regrettable that you offer a modification on the form but that it is not possible. Knowing that my order was only in production, I think it would be wise to remedy this.

I took personalized water bottles with poorly stuck stickers, very ordinary for the price. I thought I would have patterns painted in the mass. I think the stickers will hold up in the wash.
