Something has changed in production compared to 2 years ago. The current stickers no longer stick to the pens, on bottles and clothing it's ok. Shipping is ok, not incredibly fast but not very long.

So far I haven't been able to complain, the price, the speed of delivery and the quality of the stickers have always been great over the last 5 years. And there has always been a little extra. The children love how great the stickers look and they stick really well. I will definitely remain a customer for a few more years.

These over the years have been the best clothes labels. They don't wash out and come off clothes easily if you need to take them off. I ordered some which didn't arrive and no quibbles they sent them out again and they arrived a few days later.

I can't recommend it, the price may be really attractive, but my order never arrived. Customer service is unwilling to help and subliminally pushes everything away. After a few emails I was supposed to receive a replacement, but this never arrived either. No more for us!

I have ordered some labels from you and they didn't arrive after 10 working days. When I sent an email regarding this, your colleague was extremely helpful, and offered a refund or to resend the items on your cost. I then replied saying I would like a refund only to re-order as I decided to have a different design on the labels in the meantime. I specifically said I decided with the fox design. Then your colleague sent a picture with altered design saying if this is the one I'd reorder, they can send it instead of the first (lost) order. I find it 100% helpful and customer friendly service. The labels are fantastic too, I love them
