The name would have been better to be engraved as for the custom designs, I did not expect the 'sticker, the cap is very hard, the water bottle on the other hand is made well.

Iron-on labels don't stick to all types of garments and go in the washing machine. The normal stickers are dishwasher safe. I am very, very disappointed with my first order from you.

Delay problem. Usually everything goes well, but I needed the labels within 48 hours and they didn't arrive. Coming back from vacation on Wednesday, I realized that I didn't have enough labels for the children's school outings. So I placed an order on Thursday morning. The kids went on a field trip the following Tuesday and the labels still weren't there. I'd have them in advance for this summer. But too bad. So they arrived between Tuesday lunchtime and Thursday. Next time I'll take a little more time.

Cool designs and affordable prices. It takes too long to get home. On a positive note, it didn't take long to hear back from the team when I contacted them to find out about shipping.

They take 10 days to arrive and they say it will take 48 hours. The quality is very good but they take too long to arrive.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the order,the customer service, however, was very kind and they gave me a refund.

Stickers for objects are great, adhesive labels for clothes have all come off again after wearing them once. I had ordered years ago, but apparently the quality has also deteriorated considerably in the meantime. Purchase no longer recommended

I was delighted to receive the labels but bad luck, they didn't adhere well to my son's socks. Otherwise for the rest of the clothes no problem.

Aesthetically very beautiful thermoadhesive labels, but unfortunately not durable after the first wash some came off.

My order arrived late after I had contacted them several times. In addition, the stickers hardly or not at all stick to the clothing, one of all the stickers is still in the clothing, but not where I put it, but rather creased and slipped a lot. The sticker for objects, on the other hand, holds very well (on the drinking bottle for kindergarten).

After you have made the purchase. In the confirmation email. I read that it can take up to 10 days and it did not work for me. They could warn you in the pre-purchase.

Very good quality and quantity. Good glue. Beautiful design. Too bad I ordered for two brothers and they came mixed and messed up.

Very slow and some labels peel off

I paid more for expedited delivery.(48 hours maximum) I placed the order 10 days ago now and still nothing has arrived.

The printed name could hardly be seen

the order was easy, the name tags were as pictured, unfortunately there was no exact description of how to use them, how hot the iron has to be, I first googled, the shipping took 10 days, in a normal letter, I thought that was long.the mail came from France, I didn't know that either.The phone number I gave when I registered was on the outside of the envelope, so much for the fact that they promise to handle the data with care, anyone in the post could read it, I didn't think that was great, I didn't register in the phone book.....ich was on their site because of the instructions, only they don't say how hot the iron should be, each iron has several levels, I then took the highest, only with 8 seconds as described it was not enough, I pressed the iron with pressure on the supplied paper for 30 seconds, whether it survives the laundry I don't know yet, I have given the things to the nursing home ...I'll see if they tell me anything.

Some labels peel off on 1st wash

It doesn't wash well. However, ironing without steam, washing at 30°C...

the stickers are fine, they work, but the shipping was disastrous, arrived late, and got wet in the mailbox, ... the good thing is that it shows that they will hold up well. but it's a shame because the design and utility were good, I do not know if I will buy again.

Delivery arrived just before my son left for his discovery class I sent an e-mail and got a standard reply reminding me of the delivery times I have always been satisfied except this time.

Very disappointed by the delivery time which was estimated at a short time and delivered too late, so I didn't need the labels I had to buy some elsewhere to be delivered much more quickly it's 10.50 euros that goes into the trash.

Water bottles are terrible quality. One arrived broken and had a terrible customer service experience trying to get a refund, which didn't happen. Very cheap quality and the iron labels have become so too.

I bought a lunchbox. It is very nice but a clip has already broken when I opened it the first time. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have had no returns. As far as I'm concerned, the box was defective to begin with...

Goods never arrived.....

I will preface this by saying that I followed the instructions (also because it doesn't take a genius). Thermoadhesive labels aesthetically beautiful and easy to apply. Too bad they last just 3/4 washes, then they start to peel off.

It's been over a month since I ordered and I still haven't received anything...

I placed my order on the 13th January with my order being shipped on the 16th January and to date I am still yet to receive my order.

Unfortunately, they don't last in the dishwasher.

Hello, we have already tried various adhesive labels. The design and size, as well as the customer service are very good. Unfortunately, we now often find that the labels come off. They simply end up in the washing machine or in the daycare backpack. Which is of course very annoying and also not useful. Therefore unfortunately only 2 stars because the actual purpose is not fulfilled.

The order arrived 15 days late. I think this is a bad service that they should consider fixing.
