The labels are great but the delivery service is terrible. Two weeks for delivery!!! The labels arrived after my daughter left for camp. As this is her last year as a "little one", the labels ended up as decoration. Over 20 euros down the drain! :-(

I received square self-adhesive labels with a thin white font that was almost illegible on a green background. I wish the site could have prevented us from making such a choice. I wrote to the brand's customer service department but never received a return. As for the iron-on labels, they come off very often, which is dangerous for a small child who could choke on them. Hello, Fast delivery but the request was not compliant. The labels are very badly made, there are lines on them, my child's first name is written on the edge of the label and therefore not at all centred on 20 labels. I could have done better with a simple felt-tip pen. I made 2 unanswered complaints in which I simply asked for new labels to be sent. I have been a victim of misleading advertising by this site.

Bad experience! My child's name was not centered on 20 out of 60 labels. The background of my labels was colored and there was a white line! I called the customer service and no one answered, as the departure for camp was fast approaching.
