I've ordered from the site several times before, but this time I was disappointed with the iron-on labels, which didn't stick to the clothes.

Order still not received after 3 weeks! Now I don't need it ...

No delivery despite collection from credit card!

I will preface this by saying that I have not yet had a chance to check the quality of the labels because I live abroad and had purchased them convinced that they would arrive during our stay at my grandparents'. But the delivery time is not as much of a problem as the manner. In fact, the envelope with the labels inside was not mailed in the mailbox but left outside stuck in a dark window in the rain. My parents noticed the envelope by accident after days. Now, for the price of the labels (they cost twice as much as many others that are just as effective) I would at least expect the product to be delivered to the recipient and not for the recipient to have to work hard to find them. I give three stars because even if they were the most beautiful labels in the world, the service can be far improved and I certainly will not buy them again. That is, if the ones I received are usable.

Fast shipping, a bit expensive and a shame not to be able to change the symbol in the packs.

I have order 1 month ago so far haven't received it.

I have ordered on several occasions and always perfect but not this time, I do not know if it is because they have changed the quality or because I did not include the paper to stick them with iron but all the stickers peeled off at the first use.

Very cute design but unfortunately a few stickers for the clothes come off during washing.

In the last two orders the thermo adhesive labels peeled off shortly after having put them on (they last a few days). I hooked it with the iron at the indicated temperature and the seconds indicated, and I don't use the garment immediately, I let it rest for a day. The rest of the labels adhere well. Order arrived in the agreed time.

Pretty and practical, but they didn't stand up to washing.

Order never received!!! I received the 1st order 15 days after ordering.

The delivery service is very bad, I was acasa on purpose all week to wait for the parcel and no one called they left me the parcel in Poste with all the services that offers poste Italiane;((

I ordered and I did not receive my order I had to send you an email but it took 15 days for me to be able to say that I had not received it before you sent me one and therefore no use because it arrived much too late.

Unfortunately, the drinking bottle always leaks when it contains mineral water. My little one, aged 5, can't close the lunch box herself. That's a shame. I also think there are too many individual compartments. One compartment would be enough. Because you can't leave one out, otherwise the bread flies around in the tin. And so you always have to wash everything. The stickers for the clothes are great and hold well.

All the glued labels came off almost immediately?

The parcel has not yet arrived... I placed the order 23 days ago! It was for a birthday. I'm disappointed because delivery costs 6 euros, but it's incredibly slow. It's true that it's in a French overseas department, but in that case, it should be specified on the site that the delivery time is very long: I wouldn't have made that choice. I probably wouldn't do it again.

The order never arrived. It was for a children's trip and I had to find another last minute solution.

The site is beautiful... but not always very clear. There are a lot of products on offer and it's a bit confusing... I made a mistake ordering stick-on labels for clothes when in fact I wanted iron-on labels .

Labels that fall off after washing!

Self-adhesive labels don't stick to garment labels. Or disappear after the 1st wash. Thermo-adhesive labels are more effective

I had ordered this product a few years ago, these labels still hold but this time they fall off! WHAT A SHAME

They are very nice but they never arrive on time and you have to claim them, it says that they arrive between 2 and 10 working days and here I have been waiting 16 and they have not arrived, it is not the first time I have had to claim for them to be sent to me because it seems that they are lost.

Design and delivery times respected but I am very disappointed with the quality of my order. More than half of my iron-on labels peeled off after the 2nd wash, despite following the instructions. Considering the price and my expectations, I'm very disappointed.

By answering a questionnaire I got a 2 discount. But it was not deducted from my order.

The labels are plastic. I wanted cotton labels, maybe I misread the instructions?

The labels I ordered don't stick to the clothes at all. I'm very disappointed because I ordered these a few years ago for my son and everything was fine.

the labels came off the clothes after the first wash. Shoe markers don't seem very stable either. Also too many useless object labels. The truth for the price the quality is very poor!

I'm familiar with heat-sensitive labels, which are effective and very durable, but I have a problem with self-adhesive garment labels, which wash off very quickly and don't stand up to washing.

Hello, the labels came off in the first wash. The first purchase was perfect but the second was very disappointing.

The labels were too big because they wouldn't fit on the fabric, but they had to be iron-on to an existing label, so I had to cut them all out, which didn't make them look clean at all. On some garments, I had to cut the labels so I couldn't label them MAJ : it didn't hold up in the machine (max wash 40).

I had ordered labels and a gourd I received only the gourd and after a refund request to customer service I received the refund of the labels.

I have not received anything. It seems like a scam to me.

Thank you for the delivery time... more than a week, so it doesn't meet the urgent needs of parents who can't anticipate.

Received with wrong name written on it. I had to use this label quickly so I called your customer service and they were unable to find another solution for me, telling me, well, we sent the package, but it was a mistake on your part. You should have sent the package by express parcel delivery and not by normal parcel delivery.

A little disappointed that there are no longer any transparent labels to stick on the tags that go into the shoes to protect them.

I placed an order because my children went on a seaside trip. When I came back to wash the clothes, most of the labels had come off and were stuck on the drum of the machine.
