I could not pay with my card (Hype), but it was not a bank problem. I couldn't quite figure out why. Otherwise, the order arrived quickly and very good quality labels :)

I'm very disappointed by the labels, which really don't stick to the clothes at all. I have 4 children and this is not the first time I have used iron-on labels.

Address error? I never received my order. It was supposed to be returned but never was! Very disappointed

Too bad the labels don't stick well. Delay respected as expected.

I had to sew all the labels back on. They won't stay on.

Poor product

It's good, but doesn't stick well enough to clothes or other objects.

Perfect adhesive labels for objects: resistant to various hand washes and dishwashers. Iron-on labels peel off more than half the time. Suitable for ironing and smoothing. On ironed clothes, not ironed. On cotton, on clothing labels. Very disappointed by these labels. I don't know how to get them to stay on without having to spend all day on them. Very nice design and fast delivery.

The labels on the Giotto crayons do not adhere well and in putting them on and taking them off the 'case they come off, I am not satisfied.

Several options can be used to improve service quality

Order takes too long to arrive... the 48 hour delivery time is not respected and if you want something faster you have to pay excessively! Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

The protective film for the shoe labels was missing.

I haven't received my order

We used to receive the labels within 3 days, so I made an order for my son to have all his excrement nominated for his 5 day school trip. But I had to write everything down in marker because my order was not delivered after 7 days at home...if I had known....

Goods were only received one week late.

Never received item

During the purchase process the payment is made with paypal but the company does not complete the purchase. An error appears on their website and the order is not registered but the amount is charged to paypal. Contact with the company which does not respond, because despite being a website no one works on weekends. Curiously after claiming in paypal I receive an email in which they inform me that I have the products in the cart and that if I want them to PAY AGAIN. A scam and a total lack of customer service. PayPal at the moment is not responsible and does not allow me to claim the amount. I will return the receipts and they will explain me where is the order number and the merchandise.

I have been ordering my children's labels from Petitfernand for years. For some time now I have seen that they have lost quality, the heat adhesive labels peel off easily. Even if you follow the instructions for use that come in the document. On the other hand, the object labels are going great.

I received the labels quickly and exactly as on the website! However, I stuck the labels on following the instructions and after 2 washes most of them had peeled off! My children are going to camp for 10 days and I'm afraid it won't last!

Really pretty, lovely choice of styles. About a quarter of my pack doesn't actually work that well unfortunately, the clothing labels have come off in the wash. The item labels on plastic bottles seem to work much better. I'd probably look around for another brand for the clothing labels next time.

Nice and very safe and fast site but they come off at the first wash , I was warned by other moms but I was stubborn .. anyway I took a few for this reason and I would not take back more

Labels don't stick!!!

About a month after ordering, I have not received what I ordered nor any communication about the shipment.

Doesn't stick to my dog's collar, who keeps losing his medals despite scrupulously following the instructions - too much money lost.

I bought 2 stoppers for water bottles but the 2 stoppers have a problem because they don't close.

I ordered custom labels, not only did they never arrive but I was currently offered neither a refund nor a voucher for a new purchase.

Unfortunately, only three stars because the labels to be applied to the fabrics (the thermo-adhesives) do not stick or come off partially even before washing. We tried applying them to different fabrics, using different irons but unfortunately they are not usable. Excellent ones to apply to the label of clothes or objects..!

Never received the paid stickers

Some of the stickers have already peeled off, they do not have enough glue on them.

Something went wrong with the order, it arrived late. Looks good, but quality not yet tested because I have ordered very good products from other manufacturers in the meantime and got them faster and cheaper.

I ordered the iron on labels, 95% of the labels came off in the first wash! Really not impressed and won't purchase these again

Unfortunately, I did not receive my purchases. And unfortunately no communication with the seller I find this so distressing! Especially since I ordered baby's things for the nursery and ended up with nothing!

I bought the stickers for textiles, did everything according to the instructions and yet half of them quickly came off after the first 30* wash. Unfortunately not recommended.

The labels never arrived. However, I contacted customer service and they refunded the amount.

It doesn't fit....

I ordered labels for my daughter's trip. The labels were to be dispatched within 48 hours and AFTER placing the order I was told that the delivery time could be a little longer. I was confident that the trip would only take place 1 month later. As a result, I never received the labels and spent my time scribbling indelibly on all his clothes. After trying several times to contact customer service via the website, I finally got through to someone on Facebook, who was very helpful, telling me that the order must have been lost and that they were going to send me my order again... fortunately, my daughter shouldn't have to change her name, because she had plenty of time to leave and come back.

Unfortunately I never received my order...
