They came straight off in the wash a few days after applying, waste of money

Black stains inside the cap (between the two walls) and unremovable! At the price of the insulated bottle, this is unacceptable! Nice bottle, it's a shame!

A lot of difficulty detaching the labels this year. They are of good quality apart from this problem which still makes you lose considerable time.

I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...

The print quality is not the same across the entire order. One sticker book is perfect and another has distorted and blurry typography.

However, I was very disappointed with the clothing labels: despite strictly following the provided instructions, all the labels came off after the first tumble dry. Result: the day before the school year starts, I find myself with unlabelled clothes when everything was ready. I am extremely unhappy, as I chose this product for its promise of practicality and durability, and the result is completely contrary.

The mini labels are too big for the pens compared to last year's. A bit disappointed.

We were very satisfied last year but it's a disaster this year. There is no space between the label and the plate, resulting in it being impossible to peel off the label without damaging it. I'm not even talking about the time we had to spend on it. No issues with the bowls which are very nice.
