I did not receive the order. Now I don't care anymore. I would like a refund!

This time we ordered stickers for various items like clothing, shoes & objects. Everything is good here. Sensibly compiled in the small booklets and just as hoped. We also ordered 2 drinking glasses with straws. They turned out very, very nice and our children love them. Unfortunately, our daughter's drinking glass started to rust on the thread from the outside after just 1 week. That's really a shame. We will try to make a complaint and hope for the best. The other bottle did not have this issue. Maybe just a "Monday product".

A customer for many years, I bought labels as I do every year and this year lunch boxes as well, but what a disappointment, a sticker on top and poorly stuck that overflows from the edges with bubbles (3 bought, all 3 are like this) extremely disappointed given the price.

I have been used to taking them for my daughter for 3 years, everything went well. But this time I also took some for my son, so 2 different packs, they mixed everything up, it doesn't look clean or professional at all, I have one pack full and a second with barely 4 pages! Now I have to flip through to find my daughter's or my son's labels. One pack each would have been perfect. Especially for 30 euros PER pack

I did not receive the package

First time I am disappointed. Envelope too small and half open, so the notebooks are damaged. Fortunately, the labels are fine.

Hello! I have been buying for several years on the website and I think this will be my last purchase. They started changing the shipping method, something I didn't like because before they left the labels in the mailbox and didn't charge shipping fees, which was very convenient. At home, we work and this way we didn't have to keep an eye on the labels, but now they don't leave them in the mailbox, we have to pay attention to the messenger and on top of that, we have to pay shipping fees... we're going backwards! Another issue is the quality of the labels, at least the thermal adhesive ones that I buy, has worsened a bit; in fact, it is common for them to peel off a bit with the first wash, this was not the case before. I actually worked for many years in a residence for dependent elderly people and those were the labels I recommended to the families of the residents, but now I wouldn't think of doing that. Lastly, the last straw is that in my last order I saw that they have now increased the minimum number of labels to order; it used to be 10 and they had an affordable price, now they have raised it to 30. It seems like a rip-off to me because when you add the shipping costs and the minimum order, it makes it quite expensive compared to not so long ago. The truth is that I am very disappointed with the brand and how poorly they are treating buyers like me who have been trusting them for several years.

Object labels way too big

Quite disappointed with the iron-on labels... They tear and crack when the iron is placed on them... It was the first time but I much prefer the adhesive ones

The small labels are poorly pre-cut and cut the pattern!!! For example, the rainbow no longer looks like a rainbow because a part is missing!!! Disappointed

Very satisfied with my children's labels, however, those for my wedding are not centered at all, I am disappointed with these...

I am a bit disappointed with my order. I placed two orders thinking I had made a mistake with the size of the labels, as I wanted thinner labels for the pens. Upon receiving the second order, identical to the first, I realized that in reality, there is only one label format for the items. However, on the site, the mention "pen" does appear, which suggests that there is an appropriate format. But when you click on it, it simply redirects to the classic labels, which are far too large for this type of use. I think it would be helpful to make this information clearer on the site to avoid this kind of confusion.

Does not hold at all. First wash everything comes off even though it was well stuck. Very disappointing.

The received labels are not very well centered. Some peel off the pencils during use. I am disappointed with the value for money.

I am moderately satisfied. I bought two water bottles for my children. The designs on them are actually stickers and not engravings. So I'm not sure they will last over time if we use them regularly. I find that it feels less qualitative…

A bit disappointed with my customization because in reality these are stickers placed on the items whereas 3 years ago it was really printed on the object.

Still not received my order nearly 5 weeks later

This is not the case this time, the washable square labels for clothing are very difficult to detach from the backing, without damaging or even tearing them. I ordered labels and a water bottle that match the description, but I ordered a personalized bag size L in anticipation of putting my son's school things in it. You need to explain to me how this is a size L if I put a t-shirt and a pair of socks size 2 years, we are good!!!!

Barely washed with water without product or abrasive sponges since I use microfiber, some stickers have come off or faded. Moreover, there seems to have been a mistake regarding the color of a water bottle, that's too bad for me, but for the price, it doesn't justify anything. I wanted to switch from the brand Badabulle which is 0% quality for the price and I relied on your reviews... I am disappointed.

I did receive labels for school supplies for my older child but I received clothing labels for his little brother when I had ordered labels to stick on the school supplies for my 2 boys.

I am mixed, I love this brand but I did not receive my entire order! When I call, I am told that the rest is coming, that it was shipped the same day and that I will have a tracking email... it's been several days and still nothing, no email, nothing at all...

Hello, this is the 2nd water bottle I have bought for my grandchildren.. the 1st one, the prints were engraved in the material and three years later, the prints are not altered. The cap was broken but the bottle is still useful. By the way, you have modified the opening which is very good. However, for this last purchase, the prints are glued on the bottle.. I doubt their longevity in use... As for my labels, I was expecting fabric labels.. but I must have misread the specifications.. thank you for your response.

The labels peel off poorly, they tear when I try to peel them off their backing.... I did not have this issue with my previous orders...

The water bottles described should have a capacity of 450 ml, instead it says 350 ml on the bottom..what a shame

The delivery is too long, I have not yet received my order, yet I paid for a relay delivery to make it faster

Product arrived and wasn’t happy with the quality

On one bottle, the cap fell off after a few days, so that the needle is sticking out of the holder and the toddler can no longer use the bottle for safety reasons. On the second bottle, after about 2 months of use, the writing has peeled off (only hand washing, no machine). The product itself is nice, but the quality of the individual parts and the print leaves much to be desired.

The labels were delivered quickly but the cutting quality is very poor. The labels do not come off the notebook, you have to pull a bit in all directions. I have ordered several times but this time I am disappointed...

My first set of labels from 2023 are so much better than the set I just recently ordered. The new stickers are so hard to peel off from the booklet, when I do eventually get it off it’s usually crumpled up. Really disappointed

The quality has worsened; the labels do not peel off...it's a shame because I have been a customer for five years and this time has been the ONLY one with such a bad experience. I don't know what happened but the quality has substantially declined. Thank you

I wanted to "invest" in a stamp, but I find this one disappointing. There are stains when I stamp and sometimes the ink seeps through the fabric or the ink shows if the fabric is not thick. I prefer adhesive labels for the neck.
