I liked the principle, the self-adhesive clothing labels work very well. But iron-on labels don't hold. You have to do it several times. It's just not practical.

Very happy with the order but less so with the reception, the choice, illustrations and materials are good but not adapted to my son's age. Gourd with a stopper that even an adult has trouble clipping and heavy! not practical! and lunch box too heavy with the ice bread! I've been ordering from your site for 1 year. I had no problems with my 1st order, but since then I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the plastic covering the labels. It either rips off when the label is attached to the tag, or it comes off completely on shoe labels after only a few days.

Ordered in the 1st June and received an email to say 2 days delay in production- fair enough. It is now 15 days on and their status says complete but I am yet to receive my order. I am gutted these have not arrived as it was for my sons nursery. I was excited to iron and stick everything on before his big first day and now I don't get that chance and the shine has been taken away! They don't answer and just automated responses to emails with no tracking details.
