As specified in the instructions, I used my iron at 200 degrees, waited 15 minutes for the iron to heat up, and placed the label on each garment with the parchment paper. I pressed for 8 or 10 seconds on each garment. First wash 15 days after labeling the garments: surprise, all the labels come off in a 30-degree wash !!!!

I could have given it 5 stars if I hadn't found the self-adhesive labels stuck on the drum of my washing machine. I wash my clothes at 30 and I regularly find labels that come off in the wash. And this is not the first year. I had ordered from two different brands and wasn't sure which one was sticking to my drum. It doesn't happen with all the labels, I'm sure, but it's annoying all the same.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer.
