I ordered labels for my daughter's trip. The labels were to be dispatched within 48 hours and AFTER placing the order I was told that the delivery time could be a little longer. I was confident that the trip would only take place 1 month later. As a result, I never received the labels and spent my time scribbling indelibly on all his clothes. After trying several times to contact customer service via the website, I finally got through to someone on Facebook, who was very helpful, telling me that the order must have been lost and that they were going to send me my order again... fortunately, my daughter shouldn't have to change her name, because she had plenty of time to leave and come back.

Followed instructions very carefully for iron on labels, but after one wear and one wash (20 degrees) almost all of the labels have peeled off. Ended up buying sew on labels as i knew these would stay on and I had wasted so much time ironing 100 labels on my daughters clothes for nursery. I also emailed Petit-Fernand to let them know what had happened and no one replied. Not impressed

Dear Harriet, we are sorry to hear about this issue. Surely the iron-on labels must not peel off. We would be happy to resend the new labels on our cost but we never receive any email from you. Please contact our customer service with the picture of damaged labels for replacement!
