Have been using Petit Fernand for ages few years won’t go anywhere else, for the stick on name tags, never come off in the wash, and I use for everything, bags, water bottles, lunch boxes, school books, my children love picking the designs and fonts to suit there style!

Hello, Regarding the items, there is nothing to say, but regarding the delivery, there is still an issue. I ordered on July 14, on the 16th, I received an email from you stating that the item had been shipped, and I only received an email on the 22nd from DPD telling me that it would be delivered that day.
