The products I've ordered three times already are of excellent quality and stand up well to machine washing (self-adhesive labels for clothes) and after moving house I had a problem with an undelivered order and customer service was very responsive and offered me several solutions to solve the problem. I then received a new order a few days later.

I think it's great that there's a choice of colors, patterns or solids for my son to choose from, and also that it's very practical and quick to stick the label directly onto the garment. The only downside is that I don't really have the time to take my iron (I never iron my clothes lol) to stick the label on. Otherwise I'm satisfied

Catastrophic delivery time !!!! If I had known this, I would never have ordered here !!!! I ordered 10 days ago and unfortunately nothing has arrived yet. Customer service says it may take until Monday. Today is Thursday. I would have needed the labels by today, so they are now unusable for me as I now have to label them elsewhere.

All in all, everything went well, the delivery times were good and respected, and the product conformed to my order. However, these were iron-on labels, which are applied using the greaseproof paper normally supplied! And the label booklet didn't include any sheets. It's this drawback that tempers my satisfaction.
