This isn't the first time I've placed an order, and I've always been satisfied with the product. Unfortunately this time there was a mistake in the order as I was impatiently waiting for these labels because I needed them. As a result, the order I received was not mine...so I can't give it 5 stars because it was perfect. However, the after-sales service was very reactive and re-launched my order, which I did indeed receive, perfect and beautiful...
