I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT

Yes, but... Not enough tiny labels for pens and markers. I would have liked more self-adhesive labels for clothing (medium size). The self-adhesive labels are small, so if you want something bigger, it's iron-on in the pack. Some labels are not as well precut as others. At least 2 per sheet. This was a first for a back-to-school pack.

I've ordered labels for the 8th year in a row and I'm always so pleased when I receive them. They're pretty and high quality, and the kids love them!

A good week to arrive but no worries

Although I followed the instructions to the letter, it took me longer to get the iron-on labels to stick to the fabric. A friend, who recommended your site to me, had left one of your labels on a garment. I realized that the label was much thicker and fibrous. So I'm very disappointed. I have serious doubts about the gluing process, having had to repeat it several times on fabrics, and having even damaged the cotton collar of a polo shirt with the iron on linen. In addition, the shoe labels didn't hold on some models of leather inner shoes.

The site is well done easy to navigate and allows one to quickly explore content of interest. Prices quite good, shipping time quite long unless overcharged in my opinion.

The first order went well. For the second, I paid for express delivery (24 hours later, including Saturday) for almost 10 bales and the service was not carried out correctly and I received my labels too late. I contacted the site which sent me an automatic reply "How to track my parcel" before sending me a satisfaction form...

The labels are niquels . A little disappointed that I paid for express delivery in 24h and that it did not arrive within 24h.

It takes a long time for the product to arrive. When you write it off and claim, that's when it arrives.

We need to improve our shipping so that it arrives on time, especially when we have to pay extra to receive it faster.

PLESE DO NOT BUY !!!!! wrong label arrived after over 3 weeks of waiting..I have contacted customer services and was told that my order will be reprinted... 2 weeks later still no email or response from customer service... my messages are being ignored.... Update:I am more then aware that most businesses do not operate on weekends but i have contacted you on Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sunday all my messages were read and ignored. I have now received answer from yourselves with an update and finally someone replied to me. No I wasn't told any of the information you have provided in the answer below. Let's hope I receive them soon as my daughter already started school and I initially ordered them over months ago. Thank you for addressing this issiue.

Not home yet

Good quality labels that fit very well and look nice. I find the time between order and receipt too long.

Dissatisfied! I placed my order two weeks ago. I've been ordering for over 3 years and my labels haven't arrived for the new school year.

Disappointed, this year the labels don't stick. Last year no problem, they are always on the supplies but this . Nothing to do, they just don't stick.

The order never arrived; I claimed it, they gave me the option to resend it to me free of charge and it still hasn't arrived either.

Slightly long reception

Disappointed, because after the 1st wash, some of the labels peeled off. I think that's a shame, as my son hasn't started school yet...

August 16 I place an order. More than 10 calendar days later and I still don't have it. I write and they answer me in French and ask me for a satisfaction survey. I do not recommend until the problem is solved.

Nothing, I never received the order

I ordered some labels for my son's school on August 18. The delivery date was August 23 to September 1. Today is September 3rd and they have not arrived yet. It's an informal company, you can't trust them. I had to use temporary crappy white stickers. I hope I receive them and that they are not lost somewhere. They are not cheap, I spent 30. Honestly it's better to order from Amazon or any other supplier. I have complained and not even an apology or anything. INFORMAL!

We were satisfied with the receipt of the order, but the only negative point is that I was unable to activate the promos (codes to be indicated on the order form) that I regularly receive by e-mail.

It's great, but there are no more labels with initials in the primary pack? I'd also like the pages to be pre-cut at this price. So that I could tear out the empty pages as I go along. To see more clearly. Thank you

Order received quickly but wrong order received (wrong first and last name). The company reacted quickly to send me back the correct order except that it was too late for labelling.

Label too wide and writing too large

Highly recommend! The labels are beautiful and of good quality. I've ordered before and I'm very happy again. The delivery was a bit long but otherwise nothing to say.

Order still not received. Result: no labels for my son's first day of school tomorrow. Problem reported to C-monetiquette but no willingness on their part to solve the problem under cover of very polite emails but no effective action. In short, I don't recommend them. Money wasted.

Beautiful kit received for the start of the school year, my daughter was happy but I thought the inscription would be bigger.

The labels don't stick well to the pencils etc. They tend to lift up on the corners.

After more than 15 days, the order did not arrive, although I have been refunded the money I had to order from another site because I needed them and I did not have them.

Everything went extremely smoothly. Quick and efficient.

Second order for me and I'm delighted. I took advantage of the Gemo offer (10 labels for 2) and there were even some pretty stickers on the summer theme which delighted my 7 year old daughter.
