My order never arrived and I am still waiting for my refund.

Super labels

The package has not arrived despite the fact that I placed the order on August 2nd. The minimum after spending 18 eur on labels is that they include shipping tracking. If not they should not advertise it as free shipping. I will NOT recommend this site to my friends with children.

I'm really annoyed because as soon as the labels are stuck on, they come off! Very poor quality and very long shipping

The delivery is very fast. My first order was for 100 iron-on labels. I glued them all and saw that they were very pretty, so I recommended the 100 new labels right away. Unfortunately, in the meantime I washed the bodies and the labels came off. I'm extremely disappointed because I didn't even think about them coming off.

Impeccable service and product! I recommend them. I only rated it 4/5 because the 3 orders I've placed on the site have always given me the same experience: I have no order tracking. The item arrives but I don't know when in advance.

It's easy to place an order, but the site is less convenient when you have a referral! For my part, I didn't manage to take advantage of this gift.

Second time I've ordered, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product, the delivery, their attentiveness and the speed of their response. Very good team, thanks again.

After a request for a reprint because the labels weren't readable, we received the same thing, only worse. I think the colors, or the font, are wrong. Then you should remove this option from your online menu.

The self-adhesive labels arrived quickly and were beautifully presented. My boys really like them.

Order has never arrived. I have contacted the company twice. And even though they say they contact you back within 48 hours they didnt. Very dissapointed as completely neglected and have no tags for my daughter.

I value positively because my first shipment did not arrive and immediately they sent me another one without any cost and everything arrived correctly, thank you very much.

Hello, I ordered my usual labels for my son and two extra toiletry bags. As usual, the labels are very good and the products are of good quality. I would recommend

I like the quality very much. There are cheaper ones in terms of price. Delivery takes about 2-3 weeks as it comes by letter from abroad.

I've just received my stickers and I'm very happy with the result. I haven't used them yet, so I don't really have an opinion on how to use them, but I will for back-to-school. Ordered and delivered on time, nothing to say. So far, I'm happy with the way my order turned out.

Order received quickly and conformed to our expectations in terms of visuals. The labels are very pretty and make it easy to personalize baby's items for the nursery. However, I'm very disappointed with how well the labels hold up on clothes! They came off in the 1st wash, even though I followed all the instructions. I wouldn't recommend it at all, as it's not financially advantageous...

I thought these were great value for money. Lovely choice of designs and colours. Not given 5 stars, as yet to really test how well they stay on clothes etc after washing. Havent use them in ernest yet as little one is still at nursey.

Labels are pretty, but they come off... Whether it's object labels or clothing labels.

I'm very happy with my self-adhesive labels. I've been ordering them for several years and I've never been disappointed.

Order placed on 09/08, supposedly shipped on 11/08, here we are on 23/08 and still nothing received!

Although it didn't arrive around, the customer was very helpful and sent a new one right away. I do buy from this shop every year and highly recommend them.

Fast shipping. The labels were exactly as shown on the website.

The colors aren't as pretty as my previous orders (less choice and less quality) w In addition, the quality of the labels I bought this time is really inferior (they come off with difficulty and there are still bits of "glue" on the self-adhesive clothing labels). I'm really disappointed with this purchase, whereas I was completely satisfied with the last 2 orders.

Second order, the labels are so pretty with cute little patterns, I just didn't recommend the thermal labels that didn't hold on the clothes last year. This year I'm trying out the stickers, so we'll see what happens?

Hello! We're back from vacation, but there are no parcels with stickers. You write what you sent, but nothing has arrived.

I've been a customer for many years, but in recent months the quality of iron-on labels has changed, and not for the better. The print is less sharp, coarser, more pixelated and less elegant, but also the quality of the backing is really less good, thinner, more plasticized, the label melts on the fabric losing its shape, it "dislocates" and drools. When I placed my second-to-last order, I thought it was a serial problem. I didn't want to make a complaint, as I'd already had to do one for a gourd (and the after-sales service had done a good job on that one), I didn't want to act like a never-satisfied customer, so I made do with these labels, which I was moderately satisfied with, hoping that it would be better with my future orders (with 3 children, I use a lot of labels). But with my new and latest order, I see that it wasn't just a serial defect, but a change in quality. So I don't think I'll be ordering again, as the result on the clothes is really unfortunate. It's a pity, because up to now I've been more than satisfied!

Good product except that after several washes it comes unstuck.

Order was dispatched 11 days ago still no sign. Contacted them and they have offered a refund or send again. I've opted for refund as I need it before school starts soon so will have to go elsewhere, its a shame as they had good reviews for quality.
