Unfortunately, I cannot report positively this time. The labels cannot be removed by hand, only by using a knife.

Hello I'm very disappointed I've always ordered my labels from you being more than satisfied and I've even recommended you my daughter today is 17 years old her doudou still has the name on it to this day I have a 7 month old baby I ordered 100 labels from you once received the texture changed very difficult to peel off the board and from the first wash they don't stick anymore I'm sorry but I must not leave a good evaluation and in the first place I'm very disappointed. to remove from the board and from the first wash they no longer stick I have well respected the way to do with the iron I'm sorry but I must not leave a good review and in the obligation to recommend on another site it's really too bad I've always trusted you

I ordered 70 self-adhesive textile labels. Most of them come off in the first wash.

The heat-sensitive labels and stickers have peeled off with the first wash, now I have to buy something else.

Disastrous! This is the second time that my order has not arrived. First they give me a long time and finally nothing. I gave it a chance, but I no longer risk being left stranded again. They haven't refunded my money yet either.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, but it's the second time it's taken more than 3 weeks to arrive. I'm up to 12 working days for a postal shipment. So I can't yet tell you if the work is well done, but I think it's too much, even if the post office isn't the fastest, they'll have to find another solution. 3 to 4 days seems reasonable to me, but no more.

Good choice, quality seems ok. We ordered 8. Negative point was the packaging, box too big and bottles not well protected, so 2 bottles with scratches, it's a real shame. I was also surprised to have to pay customs duty, it's not clear that it didn't come from Switzerland. Or at least indicate as a reminder for those who put an address in Switzerland.

Hello, There was a buzz after I paid for the order. Nothing appeared on my account about my orders, no confirmation email. I waited and refreshed the pages. There was nothing. So I started again and ended up with 2 identical orders and 60 labels. It really annoyed me.

I'm on my 3rd or 4th order and I love the idea of doing it myself, and the choices are varied and very pretty. I've now had two orders where I've been disappointed because the labels are increasingly difficult to remove from the notebook, and I've damaged a few in the process, so I'm throwing them away. Fast delivery. It's also a shame that there isn't a loyalty program or discounts offered from time to time to build customer loyalty.

I ordered labels and received them 2 weeks later. I needed to ask a question and I got the answer 48 hours later and my answer was clear.

Very disappointing. The cap broke after just 2 days. What's more, it's much too hard to open for small children's hands, which are already complicated for an adult. It's not environmentally friendly at all if we have to buy a new cap every week... I wouldn't recommend it, it's not suitable for children!

On my first orders, the greaseproof paper was included in the booklet with the labels. It's a pity that this is no longer the case...

These labels are really perfect. The only downside is that the self-adhesive clothing labels come off much more easily in the wash than they used to.
