Unfortunately the sticker that was attached to a label in my son's top detached and fell off in the very first wash. Really disappointing. A shame as it was very cute. I was a victim of Style over substance in this case!

all the labels peel off the backing very badly, they stick. the transparent film on top wasn't cut correctly for the size of the labels, it's a pain to remove. and this isn't the 1st time i've ordered, previous times went well.

Good experience even if one of the labels on the batch ordered is not of good quality (as if the ink had run off without having time to dry). I'd still give it 4/5, as it only concerns one label out of the whole lot.

I'm very happy with the wide choice of products, the ease of personalization, the quality of the labels and the delivery times. However, I'm a little disappointed with the self-adhesive labels for clothing labels with 1 line, as the font is really very small. As for the iron-on labels and those for objects, I have nothing to complain about!

Great labels, the booklet is really practical and the little extra stickers are great for kids. Delivery a little long for my taste and some of the labels come off from time to time.

Poor quality labels, they crack when ironed, and peel off even before the first wash. False information that they can withstand up to 90° degrees in the washing machine, as they peel off even before the garment gets wet. Not recommended at all! I have asked them for a refund of my order, and they will send me others, which will be just as bad as the ones I received.
