Water bottles are terrible quality. One arrived broken and had a terrible customer service experience trying to get a refund, which didn't happen. Very cheap quality and the iron labels have become so too.

We apologised for the damage during the transportation and send you the new cap free of change. This confirmation was made 3 days ago. We can not send the free replacement and issue the refund same time, it could be either one or another option. None of your orders since 2019 contains any iron-on labels and you never mentioned any issue previously with the labels until we refused to refund the order and simultaneously resend it. Hello, we have already tried various adhesive labels. The design and size, as well as the customer service are very good. Unfortunately, we now often find that the labels come off.
