Simple, useful and quick!

I recently placed 2 orders, mindful of the previous very positive experience. The labels ordered now are very shoddy and peel off quickly, especially compared to the ones from 2 years ago that are still all attached. To date, half of the new ones have already come off. Too bad

Order never arrived and no one responded from customer service

The order has not arrived for me. I wrote multiple emails to try to solve the problem,but nothing was done.

Hi found the adhesive product really good and d aesthetically beautiful. The clothing labels a little less so because already after the first wash they came off at the ends despite the fact that I followed the instructions to apply them to the letter.

I ordered some labels they were a little late compared to the minimum expected timeline but However they arrived within the maximums. Very nice and well made, easy to apply and resistant to first washes.

Great as always and I have been using them for years. The only note is that on the last supply they were not die cut very well so a tough one to take off.

Unfortunately I waited and never received my order! Very bad experience

The labels are well made and very nice in graphics and design, they take a while to arrive but you just have to time them well based on when we need them

ONLINE ORDER AND SHIPPING GREAT

This is my first time using this product and I found it very good. Only drawback that one clothes tag came off after washing in the washing machine. I think this is normal. I will try again with another label.

Lousy service. I placed the order on September 9 and I'm still waiting. I had not read the opinions but seeing the experiences of other users it is not something punctual. Companies like this deserve to lose all their customers. There are many companies that make similar stickers and shipments meet their deadlines. Sincerely I will not buy again

Shipment arrived early, but product did not live up to expectations. Followed instructions but labels came off after a short time.

Nice design and the quality is ok. It's a shame that the ice pack is no longer included, as was the case 2 years ago.

Very good quality product, accurate printing, many graphic variations available. I order often and have always been satisfied. Maybe to improve the shipping service, with fast delivery in Italy it took a little more than 5 working days.

Good morning, for the last order I had asked for delivery within 48 h with the addition of a surcharge, but the delivery was not within the requested time. For previous orders I have always been very well satisfied.

The labels are great! Unfortunately, shipping took a relatively long time. Because the shipment could not be tracked, we didn't know if and when the labels would arrive. But otherwise everything was great!

Much too big for pens and they come off so I have to order new ones elsewhere, which is very annoying and wasted money.

Nice labels and quick response. Would have preferred faster delivery. I will definitely order more

Everything is great, as ordered. As we've only been using it for 3 weeks, I can't say anything about the product yet. It just took longer than 48 hours for us to receive it.

Frankly I'm really disappointed, it's been 1 month since I ordered and I still haven't received my order.

To identify items and clothing for my little girl who attends fourth grade, as I do every year, I ordered a "packet" of Petit - Fernand labels. Once I received them, I noticed that they did not come in the chosen light blue color (as per the screenshot I also sent to the company) but green. The name lettering cannot be seen or can be seen very little and some of the labels are joined and not attachable individually. I requested reprinting from the company but they replied that "We do not note any printing problems, the label was sent in the coloring you chose, a light green and not a light blue. Under these conditions we cannot grant you a product return." I am very sorry about the incident also because I have always purchased labels from them and have always been happy with them. Too bad.

I learned about the site through a sponsorship on social media. It immediately made a very good impression on me, the site is well done, there are many options for making custom labels. Although the printing is perfect and the aesthetic result is very nice, the functional result is absolutely poor. I purchased both adhesive labels for objects and thermal labels for clothing. Regarding the former, nothing to say. Once attached on the object they stay, but the adhesive ones are absolutely bad. They come off after the first wash (30 degrees). Out of 30 sticky ones, they went through 2 washes about a dozen. I would absolutely not buy this product again.

Unfortunately, I have not received the goods I have already paid for. When I asked where it was, I was given a date; I was told to wait until then. If nothing had arrived by then, I should contact them again. I did - no answer for a week - I am really disappointed!

Nice and convenient labels for kindergarten. They also stick on terry cloth bibs.

I placed 2 orders in July and September and had the same problem each time. Orders not received! The 1st was pre-sold and the 2nd even worse, marked as delivered to my letterbox when it wasn't. I have nothing against the quality of the products on the site, but because of the delivery service I decided not to order. Terrible customer service! I ordered labels for school clothes on 4th September. Nothing arrived after 10 days even though money was taken and address etc all added correctly to booking form. Messaged customers service after the 10 days through their website, got a reply telling me to be patient and wait up to another 72hours. Finally got another email from customer service 3 days later asking me to clarify address which I did straight away same day. Heard nothing since and I've sent another chasing email. They appear to be blaming me or the postal service and not doing anything about helping the customer - resending or offering refund. It's seems I'm not the only disgruntled customer on here and quite recently too!

A terrible experience. I ordered the labels long before school started and they never arrived. I tried to contact them every day by writing through the forum, where they only replied twice without being able to tell me where the order was. And I tried calling continuously but to no avail since the recorded voice said it was impossible to talk to an operator and that you had to write on the forum.

Still not arrived what ordered. When he looked they say delivered. You are such a thief. Made 100 emails, but no response. I ordered August 29. You are Thieves .

Very good labels and easy to use I recommend

Unfortunately, I ordered the thermoadhesive labels for my daughter's preschool and never received them. What is worse is that I contacted Petit Fernand in writing to explain the issue and possibly ask for a refund and never even received a response! I expected to be contacted at least for an apology.... What a disappointment!!!!
