Pathetic!!! I am really disappointed and most of all furious! I ordered labels for school on September 4th.... Money debited from the account ages ago! We've tried to contact them again and again to no avail! By e-mail, it's an automatic message! By telephone, answering machine! What do we do??? Will we receive the labels at Easter? A refund? Adhesive labels do not hold and the iron-on labels only last 7-8 washes then you have to iron them again sometimes they only last 3-4 washes. The shoe labels are also not top would be better if they had a left right label and were smaller! Nevertheless, better than the competition where it tears after 4 washes.

First of all, I ordered a kindergarten pack for the first time. I spent 3 hours gluing the iron-on labels to all my daughter's clothes, using the iron and respecting the pause time.
