I have always bought my son's school labels and never had the problems I had with my last purchase. I chose rectangular adhesive labels for clothes and other elongated thermo-adhesive labels. The adhesive ones are a horror, there is no way to peel them off, the plastic protector that covers them does not let you separate them and I had to cut them one by one with scissors, something that had never happened to me with them. A complete disaster. I sent them an email, but they gave me the silence for an answer and now they send me an email to give my opinion... if you had answered my email with an explanation, surely I would not be writing this negative review.
