I placed the order on September 14 and received it yesterday October 15, a month later and I had made the purchase because one of the aspects indicated in the ad was the immediacy of production and shipping that was done in 48 and 72 hours, respectively. I understand that being in the Canary Islands the term is lengthened but not so much.

I don't think these labels are suitable for marking clothes. I stuck labels on my baby's clothes and waited for the recommended time, but despite that, the first machine and I find the labels in the drum (wash at 40, I specify).

Even though I followed the instructions to stick the labels on, it didn't hold. First wash at 40°C and it's all gone - 12 euros for that, it's outrageous!

Nice labels but they don't stick... in any case they don't hold on my son's comforter, I have to put 1 label back on after each wash. Maybe I didn't see the iron-on label tab, which is a shame because they might have been more effective than the stick-on labels. Otherwise, they're very pretty.

Very bad service. The order should have arrived in 3 days and after claiming it after 10 days, they tell me that they have not sent it and that they give me two options: refund the money or repeat the order. I do not recommend it.

I'm very, very disappointed with the quality of your labels, because they're already peeling off after the first wash. They don't live up to their promise of quality in the very short term, so I can't imagine in the long term! I don't think I'll be able to find them on my son's clothes in the next machine. I have been buying the labels for clothes for quite some time and I always repeat because I love them. The only thing I don't like is that now they charge shipping costs. Before they were delivered to my mailbox and I didn't have to worry about it, now I have to wait for the courier and working is complicated. I don't understand why if the envelope arrives in the mailbox, they don't leave it there, besides having to pay the shipping costs, I don't like this system.
