I liked the variety of designs and colors. The stickers stick very well to fabrics and objects. On the other hand, I found the pencil stickers less sticky; they peel off to the side.

The purchase process went well and the delivery times were good, but the exact delivery date was not clear.

I made a purchase on September 4 or 5 and to this day I have not received my order !!!!!!. I will never come back. To buy lousy service !!!!!

The labels are really strong and durable, beautiful colors and lovely designs. Unic or "but", I have been ordering labels for several years and it would be nice to find some seasonal themes and a few more patterns .

Unfortunately, I received 2 envelopes of labels from 2 different children, neither of which matched the name I ordered. At least the refund was prompt

I placed my order on August 17 and it is just today October 7 when I receive it by post. Other years they sent to the Canary Islands without problem and it was a normal shipment without problems. This year they only allowed point of collection. The surprise is that after a while I find out that it has been returned due to delivery problems at the pick up point without giving me notice. I live right next to that store. I complained and they sent it to my home but it took a long time. Unfortunately you do not offer a good shipping service at this time and I will not repeat my experience with you. My labels arrived a month after the start of school and there is much more choice on the market.

Good quality labels and fast shipping. Too bad I didn't get the free sticker in the pouch like another mom (girlfriend) did when we ordered our labels at the same time But I'll keep ordering

I was waiting for the labels to start school but they never arrived

Label too small ... difficult to hold after several washes ... disappointing

I purchased the water bottle to match the snack holder, they are really very nice and look quality. The only flaw is the very strong internal smell of the water bottle, despite having washed it with dish detergent, baking soda and vinegar.

I have already purchased and they have nice labels but very distressed customer service who gave me feedback about three days after I wrote in that I did not receive them. They probably had a sales boom in September. They immediately proceeded with the refund. Recommendation.

The company should improve the delivery time! In my case they were a little long!

The personalized gourd is of very poor quality, the paint peels off after a few days, the first name fades along with the cute little motifs, and now the cap has just broken. All marketing, no quality. Very disappointing

Great products. Good choice. Website easy to use. Delivery was slow.

My package was lost even though it appeared to be delivered, but promptly my order was reprocessed and arrived at its destination, free of charge.

I was three days late and, of course, not for the start of the course.

Prompt delivery, simple easy to assemble designs with a sample screen that showed me what the combination I selected looked like. Good stickers that last a whole school year and countless washes yet still easy to remove when we were letting the item go. Sad to see after 2 cycles of purchase that this set didn't contain the usual third page of complimentary stickers. My older child uses it to personalise his things without using a name sticker :(

I never received the order even though the chronopost website shows it as delivered.

Very disappointed: I placed the order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the labels. 2 weeks later: customer service sent me the labels again, which this time arrived and just as quickly. They were very kind and available?
