I ordered two bottles and labels for my son's first day of school. The bottle with the spout is fine, and the labels are as described. However, the bottle with a straw is a failure. It leaks all the time and has to be upright all the time. Don't think about putting it loose in your bag or your child's bag, as the whole thing will get soaked. I'm extremely disappointed. As a result, it's unusable for the purpose I had in mind (carrying it to school every day). I regret my purchase!

Having ordered a kindergarten pack, I find that the labels are moderately well designed. For example, the clothing stickers are too large, while a large part of the surface is taken up by the image. It's often difficult to stick them on properly. But the worst thing is the number of messages you get after you buy! I've just unsubscribed from the mailing list and there's a text message. All that for a book of labels))) I won't do it again, that's for sure.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on my recent order. One of the lunch boxes arrived with a broken clip !! This is extremely disappointing. Your product as a whole is disappointing. I was sad to find it is all cheap plastic with cheap stickers. I will not be ordering again and quite frankly I feel extremely ripped off and will be leaving a review to warn others! The lunchboxes and snack boxes are flimsy and the labels are cheap stick on one some of which were not even on straight and had air bubbles. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality of other brands I have ordered from such as Bento far outweighs this brand. Petit Ferdinand are charging for plastic with stickers! I could have done this myself with a label maker and plastic Tupperware. Absolute rip off. From a very disappointed customer.

Ohhh this is a very quite online shop, for real! My daughter each year asks me to buy something here because there are lots of things for her that she can use in kindergarten or while she is on etxra tuition. Delivery here is fast, you just add to the cart everything you want to buy and then issue an order. We've got a parcel within one week or something but everything depends on your location. Bottles with straws, kindergarten packs, nursery packs - everything can be bought here.

The first order all ok, but the second one never received! I have been chasing Customer care for days to get a reshipment of the product, too bad they disappeared since I rechecked that nothing had arrived, just on their advice I had to act through PayPal to get a refund. I'm very disappointed because I had ordered iron-on labels. They are very easy to put on the garment but unfortunately they don't hold at all. After just 2 washes, the labels are already starting to peel off and are barely holding on. I'm really disappointed.

Easy to order from, cute options but labels are too long If there was a shorter label option that would be great for younger kids. Name tag doesn't always fit on the clothing label and I have to trim it (and trim the cute image too which is a shame!)

I wish I could give ZERO star, because I does not even deserve 1 star! This website plays a trick! The do not produce in the UK, but pretending so by using co.uk website. And the no track number is a massive scam! They offer lower price, but there is no track number or record at all, I did not receive any of my order and I cannot even know where they are.
