Prompt receipt of order

I have glued with an iron and all the labels have come off without washing them.

I ordered labels, a gourd and a snack box. Two weeks after school and parts of my daughter's name are already missing (2 letters out of 4... ). The Snow Queen drawing is also missing. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't use her water bottle very much. Washing is done by hand. It would have been better to apply a protective coating to the decorative stickers. After all, they're just stickers stuck on the bottles. I really expected a higher quality product, given the purchase price. This was my first and last order with you. I wanted to change this year but I would have had to stay with your competitors.

The products are of quality but the delivery is a problem: same delivery times (2 to 4 days) free if delivered at home but paying delivered at the post office!!!! Find the error!

Unfortunately I had the wrong order delivered. This was dealt with quickly and the correct labels where delivered promptly.

Delivery time not respected. I ordered a gourd on 24/08, at the time of the order it was announced a delivery between 2 and 4 days. I received it on 13l09.

Clothing labels peel off

I would have put 5 stars if it weren't for the problem with the custom water bottle. Let me explain. I purchased this custom water bottle which arrived on time. Upon opening the package, I noticed right away a bulge to one of the designs that already from the first wash (by hand and with a soft sponge) was more ruined. In a short time the other designs were also ruined. Customer service, however, was prompt and very kind and refunded me apologizing for the inconvenience since there was a problem from the beginning. Other than that the water bottle is beautiful and easy to use. Regardless I recommend the product. I put 4 stars only for this small problem but otherwise I can't complain!

This is my first order and I was pleasantly surprised; the finish is identical to what I ordered; the notebook format is very practical and delivery is very fast.

Very disappointed, I even wrote an email directly to the site, the gourd leaks my granddaughter can not even take it she has used twice. Very disappointed, I even asked for a refund or commercial gesture and no answer.

Beautiful product but not convinced they are going to work long term. First wash already lost a couple of labels

You insist on having my opinion but I've already asked you to stop the emails 2 times. Terrible experience.

Ordering express on Friday at 9.90 and having it delivered on Wednesday... that's a steal. Still, the product is of high quality.

The models are really pretty, but the thermal labels don't hold. After the first wash, they've already peeled off, even though I followed the instructions! What a shame!

I ordered labels to have them for back to school and I never received them. After several calls telling me that it could take up to 10 days to receive them, I was reimbursed. So I didn't get to see the quality of these labels and I'm disappointed.

I've been ordering labels from this site for 6 years now, and they're always so high quality, they don't peel off.

The products are great. Apart from a gourd that loses its decoration after a week and a customer service department that hasn't replied to my email in 5 days.

I'm disappointed with my experience following a first order on the site that I should have received before the start of the school year. First of all, the parcel arrived completely damaged and opened at the post office with items missing. I had to return the order, thinking that the items had been stolen. The postman advised me to refuse the parcel, which was confirmed by the site advisor I spoke to on the phone. The problem was that the items were out of stock and the consultant didn't mention this to me. What's more, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my second order, even though it was supposed to be sent without delay (which was promised to me by the site's consultant), but she preferred to wait for the order to be returned incomplete, which is not commercial. As a result, I've been unable to label my child's school supplies for the start of the new school year and have had to complete my order elsewhere.

Fast ordering on the site, choice of colors and motifs, and calligraphy. Price a little high for the quantity. Fast delivery.

Easy to customize, fast shipping

Late shipping. Labels never received for back to school. Waste of time.

At first, I bought sticky clothing labels, but they couldn't withstand the dryer. So I opted for iron-on labels, washed at 40, tumble-dried and several labels have already popped off. The same goes for the shoes, the labels don't stand perspiration, a few years ago a transparent label protected the whole thing, unfortunately this label has disappeared and the labels haven't lasted a week.
