This is the 1st time I've ordered from your site. The result is exactly what I ordered and delivery was fast. The only drawback is the 2-line clothing labels, which are very difficult to remove from the backing and are therefore all corroded when I put them on my clothes.

The first set of labels never arrived and I had to chase them up to receive my order. I have just got around to labelling my children's school uniform. The labels won't peel off easily. Almost like they haven't been cut properly. When they do peel off, they sometimes have an extra bit of shiny film coming off too. The edges are frilly, almost as if they are too thin. They are also ripping. I have ordered these labels many times before and have not had these issues before. I don't know if they have changed the materials or how they are made but they are now terrible quality.

As always with this company, it was a really easy process to choose the options to create my labels. I also love the presentation of the labels when they arrive in their little book, and always with extra lovely stickers. The only thing that surprises me is that there aren't more options for the little images on the labels. It seems quite a random and limited range. Sometimes the labels are a little difficult to pull off the sheet as they haven't been perfectly cut from the surround. I'll still continue to order all my labels here though as they are very good quality and really do stay put on clothing labels.

I didn't get the order I placed online at all. I received two packs of labels in various sizes, even though I had ordered a full pack and an additional order of special labels for pens/felts/pencils. So I'm in a quandary, as I don't have enough thin labels for my two children.

A delivery point of those offered on the web was scheduled, however it never arrived and I realized that this delivery point was already closed for good points I contacted you and you offered me children after delivery options but the order was not sent where I asked but to another delivery point totally different and without notifying me. As I did not go to pick it up because I was not notified of the delivery it was returned and again sent back to another random delivery point. I have not been able to pick it up because I am on vacation and it has been a long time since the order was placed. The result is that I placed the order in the middle of July and a month later I still do not have it.

Gourde is good quality in general, but the personalized stickers get damaged very quickly after only a few hand washes and cotodien use. The sticker for a snack box arrived with lots of bubbles... not very well applied, nor pretty.

I placed my order on August 2nd, they sent me an email that the order would be delivered in 24 hours, until the 6th they did not send it, the transport agency sent me an email to say that it will be delivered on the 12th and today the 9th and the transport agency sent me an email to say that the delivery is delayed. When will it be delivered? I write an email to the store to see what solution they give me and they offer me a discount code for future purchases. The problem I have now is that a discount is worthless to me when I have already made my purchase. Obviously I will not buy or recommend again.

I placed a back-to-school order for the children. It took 10 days for delivery, but I still hadn't received it, so I sent an e-mail. An automatic reply was sent to me at first, giving me 2 options.
