Hello, Despite a malfunction of paypal, which had initially made me give up my wish to buy, I placed an order anyway, because paypal has quickly recovered! I was completely satisfied with the receipt of our order.

The stickers are very difficult to remove. In some cases, the foil comes off with the rest.

I haven't received my order, it's been waiting at the sorting center since July 29th. I phoned and they didn't speak French. I wrote an e-mail, with only one reply in return, and since then nothing.

Practical gourd for a child, but not even 1 month after I bought it, the patterns have peeled off and disappeared!!!! 24e the gourd we hope better quality!

1st order placed and last! I chose express delivery at 9.50 the 1st parcel never arrived. They made a new shipment that I received. I used to order from the competitor a-qui-s, and well I will continue!!!!

Do not recommend at all!!!? I paid extra because how fast is it possible to get my stuff. In the page it says 2-4 days but today 6 days got a shipment number that does not work at all and still not there?!??

Not enough little labels for pencils! Otherwise, we'll have to see whether the labels hold or not...

With my first order I was thrilled, but with my second order I was a bit disappointed with the price and delivery :( There was something cheaper.... . And of the same quality

Every year I order back-to-school labels and the kids love them because there's so much choice.

Very cute and they stick well , the ones for the items are amazing because I washed the water bottles and snack holders always in the dishwasher and the sticker stayed there for two years!

Very professional company that is responsive and does everything to satisfy.

I have not been delivered

Very good products, they keep the freshness it is top small downside the smell and taste of the plastic straw of the gourd child I took time to get rid.

I'm very disappointed because after the first wash at 30 the labels all came off.

Received quickly, quality as expected, labels as expected

The choice of background, font, color, etc. allows for real personalization. For the gourd I was expecting an engraving and not a sticker.

Customizable labels in different colors and sizes. For little ones, the left and right labels are a great help. Indispensable for school, camp and leisure centers. A small budget is required, as many are needed.

Fast delivery, order conforms and is well presented.

48h production time is a lie. I kindly let the weekend pass and then asked about it. Automated answer that there was just a lot of orders and a direct one that the stickers had already been sent. Should wait 10 days, if nothing is there yet, contact me again. 8 days later, I received an automated email saying that the stickers had now been dispatched. 13 days after ordering, the labels arrived. Addendum: The response from es ist meins is kind of cheeky. When I asked, I received an automatic reply that there was a lot going on at the moment and a direct reply that my order was supposedly on its way. The info mail about the shipment came 11 days after ordering. The post office was quick. They didn't even need 48 hours.

Order arrived on time and as expected. The labels are perhaps a little larger than I thought but I hadn't paid much attention. I'm sure it will fit. Thank you very much!

This is the third order I have placed with Petit-Fernand because of all the labels I have tried, they are the ones I like the most.

I've been buying from this site for years now and everything is perfect: quality, care, shipping etc.... However as a regular customer it would have been nice to have had a small discount when placing the order. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

An error on the address of the parcel never received

I still haven't received my order in July, even though it has been shipped for over a week now!!!!

My experience with this company was making the labels for my daughter's summer camp. She glued them herself, which meant total autonomy for the children and less work for the parents.

I am delighted with my order. It was sent quickly and the item was exactly what I wanted.

Nice idea, useful and convenient x those who, like me, have neither time nor desire to stand there writing and sticking labels on every kindergarten/school accessory. As for shipping, they are too strict, which is why I did not put 5 stars, as on a very large order, they would charge me for shipping (despite reaching 49 would be free) and I had to have it delivered to a pickup point in my area to avoid the charge.

The service is great, only the delivery to Germany takes a little longer. But if you can plan for it, it's not a problem.

Fast delivery and as described. However, the quality of the labels had to be modified and the pre-cutting of the labels made it much less difficult to remove them from the booklet without damaging them.

Even before the labels were printed, I asked for them to be cancelled. This was not done and I was offered a 20% refund. I was not at all satisfied, especially as I had warned them before production started. I wouldn't recommend them again, as they clearly don't take their customers into consideration. I respected their cancellation policy, not at all.

The gourd is heavy for a child, the weight of the product is not at all studied. With water, the gourd is impossible to carry. The first-name label is already starting to peel off.
