I am very happy with the quality, the design is very nice. I had a problem with the shipping, and they replied very fast.

The stickers are very nice, and the service is excellent, the only thing is that the order took a long time to arrive.

The site is easy to use and saved time by reordering some old labels I'd used. My only gripe is the delivery times, I know they're shipped from abroad but I thought the labels had got lost in the post. They took over a week (nearly 2 weeks) to arrive after despatch which is too long.

Hello, I ordered a snack box and a matching gourd for my son, who will soon be 3 years old, to start kindergarten. They are very pretty but unfortunately the openings are much too difficult... He can't open either the beaker or the snack box. What a shame to have to buy new ones, because he can't use them all by himself?

Perfect labels for a school trip, but not for the long term... Even if you follow the washing instructions... Customer service promises to send back an order at the beginning of July but you never receive this famous exchange order and customer service doesn't seem to be able to keep up because they tell me that I received the order (sent at the beginning of July) on 16 May... ?????

The notebooks should be grouped by first name and surname using a type of label. I find the final balance rather high despite being loyal to your brand. But next time I'll compare on other sites...

We need labels, but I didn't understand that they were for the whole of kindergarten, whereas my daughter is going into kindergarten, plus I didn't put her name everywhere... in short, I was wrong!

Good site and fast shipping. A little unclear about the exact description on the order, but the labels hold well and are pretty. Satisfactory choice of decorations and a variety of fonts to suit all tastes. I recommend this site with my eyes closed.

This is the first time I have contact with your company and I have not yet used the new purchase

I was very pleased that my order was processed immediately (name stickers only). Less than 24 hours after placing my order, I received an email with the shipment tracking and that my stickers were on their way. My order would be there within the next 3 days. Three days turned into three weeks. I thought they wouldn't arrive. The stickers look nice but unfortunately they don't last as promised.

I ordered on the site, unfortunately the delivery was not carried out correctly with the relay by Chronopost. When I called to say that I hadn't received my order, the person I spoke to immediately took charge of my complaint and made a new order with delivery at their expense. I received it very quickly and I'm very satisfied with the way the phone was answered and taken into consideration, as well as the short delivery time. I would recommend this site, as my order was just what I expected and very practical to use.

Nothing to say nice label and received quickly

Lots of choice in label design, which is still very easy to create. Shipping is very fast and the choice of quantities and prices is very good. On the other hand, as I live in a fairly isolated area, I couldn't use the parcel relay option because it was too far away, even though there has been a relay (Mondial Relay) very close to my home for several months now. I regret the lack of choice of relays.

Hello, it was announced 8 days to receive my package. Order made on 16/07 (or 15 I do not know). Today is the 27th and still nothing. My daughter is leaving for camp tomorrow, so I won't be able to mark her clothes. 19.50 of iron-on labels for nothing because I won't be needing them anymore. I'm really disappointed with the service.

The labels are for my grandchildren, I have no opinion at the moment. They're nice, I hope my daughter will like them.
