I was generally happy with the lunch box I ordered in August 2023. Unfortunately, this year in April, the motif with the name on it came off. I accepted this because the lunch box had already been used frequently and washed in the dishwasher. Now, after about 9 months, one of the fasteners on the side has broken off when closing it at nursery. After contacting customer service, I can order a new one for 2.50 + delivery costs of 3.50 0 stars for the durability of the product at this price!
