I haven't had any problems with their products (last year I ordered from them and everything was perfect). I have a big problem with delivery. Avoid chronopost! I placed my order on July 12, it's now July 23 and I still haven't received my order, which was supposed to arrive at a relay point. I called chronopost, my parcel was supposed to be delivered today and I still haven't received anything, delivery is still delayed ... I sent an e-mail to the c mon etiquette site, which offered me a refund or a new shipment directly to my address. I chose the second option. Now I'm waiting to see if I'll receive my parcel ...

I've been ordering for years and have never had any problems with quality bottles and labels that last over time. This year I wanted to change the model for the bottles, a little disappointed with the design which is different, it looks more like labels stuck on it.

This is the third time I've ordered the labels and they're great! However, I ordered two personalized stainless steel water bottles and the kids have been using them for two days now and the personalization is already going! I find this a real lack of quality. I really do personalize their stuff and it's always well done, but this is really disappointing.
