They arrived, but the background was more orange than red. Quick and careful delivery BUT: My son's forehead is stuck in the cap when he drinks. There's a small hole to release the air when he sucks through the straw, but as soon as the bottle is turned upside down, all the water comes out through it. I'd have to think of a one-way valve to avoid this problem, or I'd have to use scotch tape, but when he sucks for too long, it depressurizes and all the water comes out through the seal, so in any case he gets soaked. The quality of the materials is very average, and once you've dropped the stroller, the paintwork is already damaged and marks are visible on the cap.

I had ordered before and they arrived safely. Great. But this last order did not arrive. I emailed customer service and they gave me 2 options: either return the order or reorder it. I chose to do it again. That was over a week ago. 6 days ago they sent me an email that due to the large volume my order would be delayed 2 more days to be manufactured from the email. I check the order status and 6 days later it says in production. Nothing has arrived. This time I am very disappointed. I will write to customer service again to discuss it and ask for a refund and it will be the last time I order. And I love your stickers and your work. What a shame. They should improve on that and deliver what they say when an order doesn't arrive.
