Absolutely awful! Customer service is shocking! No one answers the phone, responds to emails or any form of queries! Takes over a week for anyone to answer a query ?? I ordered well in advance to get labels for my daughter for when she started school, two weeks later nothing received tried to contact them, phone doesn't work a week later when my daughter started school sent a replacement order eventually that I'm still waiting for! No first class or next day shipping did not see the value of this considering I ordered now well over a month ago! Doubt I'll even receive them. Stay away from this company! Terrible!
