Aesthetically very nice water bottles, just as pictured. Shipping a little slow. Plastic cap too fragile to give it in the hands of children.

I have never received my labels and my child is leaving in a few hours for summer camp....so I had to write his initials on his labels with what I had, a Bic pen....I'm obviously very disappointed, especially since I paid for it...

I have placed 1 1st order not received made reminder and still nothing to date. My son is leaving on Saturday and still nothing.

Already bought last year, the labels are superb! They hold up very well over time. However, I paid 9 euros for a 24-hour delivery because my order was urgent. In the end, it arrived 4 days late. So I didn't use them. So I ordered them for nothing. To this day I haven't heard back from the sales department.

Bright colors, many different sizes, excellent quality of materials, super fast shipping. Only flaw : subjects mostly for babies/toddlers up to 8/9 years old. For my 11 year old son I make labels only with name and very few figures.

I bought my son a water bottle for his entry into kindergarten. It's a good quality product. What I find positive is that you can change the cap because they break easily with a small child instead of buying a new bottle.

Visually it is very nice. Unfortunately, the labels on some items of clothing come off again after washing.

the labels are nice, as described. the adhesive ones I bought though sometimes peel off in the washing machine.

In the last purchases the adhesive is of poorer quality and lifts with washing.

I placed the order forgetting to enter the discount code. I immediately wrote (the order had not yet been processed) to customer service but there was no availability to change the order.

Hello, I'm still waiting for a reply and I'm still waiting for my order placed on June 17.

The labels are of good quality now it remains to be seen if they don't come unstuck and I'll soon be for my daughter's summer camp. The delivery is fast, bravo!

I bought some stickers for clothes, objects and shoes and I have not received the paper to stick it to my clothes, I have asked for it and I am still waiting for it.

The labels were supposed to be free thanks to a CAT code, but it never worked... I ordered anyway, since I had my son choose the patterns. Otherwise, no problem with the labels

I only received one out of two orders even though I was debited.

I bought 2 water bottles with 3 caps type 2014-2023, these caps are impossible to close, it's a horror! You have to put all your strength into it, even an adult can't do it, imagine a child. So unusable! What a waste...

This is the second time I've ordered and I'm very happy with the name labels. The only thing I've noticed is that when I wash an item of clothing more often, the label hangs off a bit. However, you can easily fix and improve this with an iron. The design is also just as you would expect. I can highly recommend it and would buy my children's name labels here again and again ????

Fast efficient good quality A little expensive

Edit: After 2 days of school, the water bottles are leaking into the bag... These are the new ones, the ones with the straws. ?? Labels are always top-notch and hold much better than other brands. I'm used to ordering from this site. One of the 2 water bottles has defects on the patterns (holes and bubbles) and on the canvas bag, there's a hole on the first name print. Customer service sent me back a flawless bottle. Today, September 11, I'm still waiting for the canvas bag to be restocked. Customer service is very responsive and understanding.

I must have received it... The parcel is still on standby for delivery... God knows where :-(

Hello, I've been using your labels for all my son's clothes for several years now, with several different orders and never a problem. Unfortunately, this time I'm very disappointed with the quality of the labels. I used them on all the clothes my son took with him to seaside classes, and out of twenty or so labels, 7 came off in the 1st wash, whereas the old ones have been on some items for years and despite dozens of washes have never moved.

It's positive, nice color text, but it's still expensive. Your company must continue. Your products are not bad.

I received them quickly, they're easy to use, but the iron-on labels don't stay on after the 1st wash, disappointing, useful for a school trip but not for a whole school year, so I find the price high for something that doesn't last over time.

Previously satisfied, then an order where all the labels came off in the machine. Very disappointed with the after-sales service, the error is human, but it can be repaired. No reaction because after 3 months (so don't anticipate your orders too much).

I loved these sticker labels but found that a number of the labels are just falling off in wash and so wondered if was fault. Contacted customer service who were uninterested but said would give 20% discount code to buy more. When questioned defect was quoted terms and conditions (French despite buying from UK website). Changed that should be referring to English laws but just ignored and refused to engage, then send satisfaction survey! Would not buy again. If they has simply replaced the faulty stickers my experience would have been very different, but Chiara just is not interested in customer services and unwilling to even apply by the correct laws! *edit following response* The response speaks for itself. 20% discount on more isn't the best solution for the customer who bought a bumper pack that comes away in wash.

Label finally received after an unexpected delay, I had calculated rather well in time to have the delivery on time, but Chronopost was late. I don't understand some of the delivery steps that send my parcel back from where it was to make it come back again. In short, my son went off to school without me being able to use the labels. I have no doubts whatsoever about the C-monetiquette team, who I think do a very good job, the labels look great and are of good quality, but I haven't used them yet, so thanks to them anyway. Too bad things didn't work out with the carrier.

Sorry the gourd is very pretty, but it leaks not waterproof at all, my son's bag soaked every day, we haven't even used it for a week :( so bof bof
