A month later it says delivered and I have not received anything. The customer service phone is NOT free, they make excuses and say that they will send it again. From the time you order until everything arrives, always with some problem in between, 2-3 months. On the other hand, bad printing QUALITY. It looks pixelated. Unfortunately, some labels are too expensive. I bought the mini labels for marking pencils and markers and three euros is too much for 10 labels, considering that there are 36 colors in a case. I ordered the labels a month ago today and still have not received them. On the web it said that it took 48 hours to manufacture them, after 6 days they sent me an email saying that my order had been shipped but they did not arrive. I complained and they told me that they were going to send me others but they have not arrived either. The shipments are sent by ordinary mail without any tracking. On February 12, customer service contacted me and processed the return. The labels arrived on February 16.
