I placed an order that with standard shipping never arrived. I contacted support who kindly re-sent the purchased products with tracking and they arrived after more than 10 days. The shipping is too slow and inadequate. I don't know if I will shop on this site in the future. However, the products received are the same as the photos on the site and well made. I ordered labels for both my children from this company, one set of the iron on ones and the other the sticker ones. Mine actually arrived after seeing so many comments that theirs didn't and there were no response from the company, so I was pleased! Here's where it became a waste of money The sticker ones were practically pointless after a hour, peeling off bottles/clothing- may aswell used a sticker out of a sticker book! The iron on ones seemed very sturdy once applied so I was a bit more hopeful for them, unfortunately after 1 wash they are all falling off. Please save your money and don't use this company and fall for their colourful advertising with false positive reviews- they are also deleting all the negative reviews!
