I paid extra for a 24h delivery and my parcel arrived... 72 hours later! So, for me, it's a totally useless extra charge. I wanted to ask for help but I corresponded with "a robot" and didn't find the help I needed.

It took almost 1 month to arrive!

I'll preface this by saying that I had already purchased last year and I had no problems, in fact, also because otherwise I would never have ordered again. my order says it was delivered on 26.08 but to date I still have not received anything.. my mistake that I did not request tracking of the package, although reading the various reviews to many did not help at all....school starts this Friday but I still do not have the material.

I ordered stickers on August 28, never arrived. You can't track the shipment, there is no tracking number, they entrust the French postal services with what you purchased and then no one knows anything about your shipment anymore. You call customer service and they don't know what to answer unless we process a refund. And you're left without personalized first and last name labels on the eve of your child starting school. So don't buy because if you buy and they get to you it's just luck.

I never received my products. I emailed Petit-Fernand about it but did not get any response. Thats dissapointing.

First time purchase from here (only bought the label stickers for clothing) they are good quality itself and doesn't come off in the wash! I would recommend highly and I will be using this service for as long as my children are at school.

We did not receive anything

I have had no success with the iron-on labels. They have come off my sons school uniforms the first time I have washed them. I followed all instructions and it was a normal wash cycle. Thank you for the reply. I have not received an email.

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review as a repeat customer for a number of years. I ordered numerous labels on Wed 23.08 in the late afternoon, and received an order confirmation telling me the items would be shipped within 48 hours (also indicated on the website). However, this didn't happen, and with no apology or explanation for the delay, the items were not shipped until Mon 28.08. Delivery was stated as 3-10 business days. Fast forward to 11.09 and still no parcel. Contacting customer services, I received a “it'll be there soon, have a nice day” type of response, and I'm still waiting some 3 weeks since placing the order. I'm aware delivery delays are out of their control, but I have now had to purchase labels from elsewhere for my daughter's school items as I simply cannot wait any longer. In 2023, non-trackable delivery simply doesn't cut the mustard anymore and I'll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

My order has still not arrived after three weeks

Edit: team were in touch after I replied and resent the item. Order never arrived. I contacted the team and received a generic pre filled response. No further contact received or refund offered.

The stickers after two weeks did not arrive and I was refunded everything.

Order not yet arrived, put back on delivery but still not arrived. Also the tracking number seems to have never been picked up UPDATE I have edited the review because order has arrived.

Order has not arrived

They look great but came off straight away in the washing machine! - I put them on the labels of clothes.

The stickers are far too big and don't really hold

Horrific. Paid for name labels that never arrived. Was told they'd been shipped but never received an email to this effect. Slow customer service response and have now stopped responding, despite having taken my money and not provided the goods. Avoid!

I have not yet been delivered the products ordered on August 17, 2023

Most came off on the first wash?!

Very nice products with top quality. I have already ordered various stickers, lunch boxes and drinking bottles and have always been very satisfied. The stickers are delivered in "booklet form" which I think is great because nothing flies around and everything is together. One star deduction because the motifs are not sufficient. With some stickers, some motifs are simply too small or the positions don't quite fit. It would be nice if you could decide the distance between the motifs and the text yourself.

The quality of the product is perfect, but there are questions about the delivery. I ordered the product on 31.07. and received it on 20.08. No one has replied to my messages. So 5 for product quality and 0 for delivery. I hope the experience will be better next time.

Terrible customer service until today no feedback received Order has not arrived until today But nobody cares either Thanks for nothing 30 for the garbage can NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Poor doesn't stick

The products are great. Unfortunately, shipping took quite a long time this time.

The stickers are beautiful and last very well and for a long time. Unfortunately, delivery always takes a long time.

Re-order sent again still not received my daughters already back at school I've tried to contact you petit-Ferdinand however no reply.

Gave 4 stars as I received the wrong order after waiting 2 weeks for my order to arrive in the first place. They were happy to send out the correct named stickers but I needed the order refunded as it was going to arrive too late. Refund issued fast once I had asked for one.

I love the children's clothing labels, but the stationary labels are awful! They don't stick for long. I've put a few on my daughter's stationery, but after 24 hours, they all came off.

Great quality stickers that look exactly as the website showed. Working really well after a few weeks of use - still sticking well and looking as new. Only thing to note is that standard delivery did take a little while to arrive, but was worth the wait.

Great labels seem to be hard wearing, nice bright colours look really neat on clothing and accessories for school

Easy to order and good quality, but delivery takes a long time.

To date, no feedback has been received for the missing shoe labels.

Goods have not arrived

Brighter labels would be nicer and too long to make and send over 10 days.

The items we ordered are great but the first order was lost in transit , but the company were more than happy to either refund or send out a second lot.
