Super satisfied with the labels as always. I have been ordering them for my children for years. They hold up really well, they are great! And a huge shout out to the after-sales service team who always finds a quick solution when there is a small issue with the order (my mistake). Really a big heartwarming experience! I would never order anywhere else! ;-)

I followed the instructions, pressing firmly with the very hot iron on the label (but first placing the provided sheet of paper on it).. waited a few days before wearing the sweater, but already two labels are coming off. One did not stick well, despite the correct pressure. I am very sorry, I will try again hoping for a better application, but I really believe I followed all the steps correctly.

I love Petit Fernand. I have used the labels for both my children and they resist washing and wearing quite well, not to mention the designs are super customisable and adorable. We also got personalised bags for nursery which are also fab. Highly recommend!

I purchased clothing labels, for objects, for shoes and the heat-adhesive ones for clothes for the first time. Beautiful graphics, true to the chosen one... quality products, and so far after a few weeks I am satisfied but I am convinced they will have a good durability.

I made a request to modify the order for a custom stamp. I received my initial order and it was not modified. Moreover, the stamp is not of good quality. It smudges on one of the corners, leaving a mark in addition to the inscription: I am disappointed at 30 euros for the stamp, it would be better to write it myself at home on the clothes.

Hello, In previous occasions we bought heat-adhesive labels for clothing and it was perfect, they haven't come off in 2 years. This time, following the same process, they have all come off in the first wash. I can't request a refund because I have already used many, but I am not satisfied this time.
