Extremely responsive customer service! I received my order with a printing problem (my labels weren't peeling off properly). I sent a message to customer service and received a reply within the hour. I've used this site 3 times to order labels for my son's clothes. I was delighted the first two times, but much more disappointed with my last order. The removal of the labels was very complicated, I spent a lot of time to remove them. Some labels were damaged in the process, yet I had enough dongles to do it.

I purchased the thermoadhesive labels which turned out to be beautiful and durable. And then I purchased the water bottles, as many as 4 because they were so beautiful that after the first 2 that were for my son, I got 2 more to give as gifts to friends and they loved them.
