There was an error in the delivery address and customer service offered me a reissue and a shipment of my labels to the right address. Really top-notch! I've been ordering from them for my "big one" for several years now, because their design is really top-notch, and I'll continue to do so for my little one! The Christmas hoods are top quality. The fabric is thick and high quality, and the designs are really cool with touches of glitter. We had a printing problem with the personalization and customer service was very responsive and very helpful. I totally recommend this brand and can't wait to discover their other products as our needs change.

Good quality and fast delivery. Firm sticker thickness, cute motifs. What is missing on the site, however, are mini stickers for small things such as pens or for small labels in clothes such as gloves, as the existing stickers are too big for this. Otherwise they're great and have all stuck really well so far.
