It's ultra personalized, the choice of labels is great, and the quality is great!

I ordered labels to put on clothes for my little girls. The product is aesthetically beautiful and quality, withstands washing without coming off. Satisfied!

The labels are very nice and of very good quality but they do not meet the delivery times. They only meet them if you pay the express service of almost 10 euros and even then you write to them and they do not solve your problem. I placed the order on August 31 and to date I have not received anything.

I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.

I ordered 2 lots of stickers and waited the 2 weeks as stated to receive them but nothing arrived even thought it stated as delivered on the tracking information.

I have ordered stickers from Petit-Fernand a few times. They are very good quality with rage of colours and images. My kids love them! Their customer service is also excellent and fast to respond.

Never received order or replies from feedback

Satisfied with the, but very disappointed with your after sales service. I have a problem with the late delivery. I ordered the labels on Wednesday 6/09, paying an extra charge (9.95 in total) for delivery in 24 hours. I received the labels on Tuesday 12/09. I sent you an email on Monday 11/09 about this and to date (Tuesday 19/09) I haven't seen any returns... an error in delivery, that can happen. But not replying to my email and not taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation is negligence.

Very long delivery time, poor quality. Does not stick to the triangular colored pencils. Also detach quickly from the edge of other pens. Shoe stickers do not hold well or for long. Very disappointing.

The labels are perfect (and my daughters love them). The boxes and pouches make life easier, and everything is very pretty.

Were over rhe moon with the labels and our grand daughter loves them.. we were sceptical about them staying put in the wash, but they did.. very impressed and would highly recommend.. we will definitely being ordering more!

I have been buying Vs labels for 5 years now and I am really happy with them. Well adhesive, hard to peel off and the kids are happy with the fact that they can choose the patterns. Also purchased over the years 2 poet snacks. I find myself very well. Only 2 flaws is the cost (quite high) and a bit too "heavy". Thanks

You are also still deleting peoples comments thank god I have my money back from Paypal it's the first and last time that I will ever be ordering from you. I receive things quicker from China its a joke* Never arrived and according to my tracking on my account it says delivered not sure how you would know that though when it isn't a tracked service contacted you with no reply thank god I paid on credit card as just got my money back really should avoid Facebook reviews are not good either and you have removed a lot of people's comments funny that!!!!!
