For the second year, I ordered iron-on labels for clothes, shoes and objects. A little novelty for us, a gourd: the rendering is perfect and has had a small effect on the main person concerned! In 2/3 days, the plastic cap broke. Not great... However, the after-sales service was very responsive and sent us a new cap. Thanks ??

Good product and ease of contact in case of need

I am still waiting for the product, when I was initially told that I would have it in 72 hours and then I was told 3 to 10 working days. I am still waiting after more than three weeks of ordering. It's a shame, hopefully it will arrive by Christmas, and I wanted it for the start of our children's school. Last year the same thing happened and we fell again trusting you.

I have been buying Petit Fernand custom products (adhesive labels for items, for fabrics, lunch boxes) for years and I am always very satisfied. In my last order, I had a problem with receiving the labels but customer service was immediately helpful in resolving the problem. Really highly recommended!

I still haven't received my parcel, dated August 30, 2023, even though it's now September 16, so I can't comment favorably on my experience !!!!

The tags are top notch! Delivery a bit long for me but I think it's because I took a wooden badge but otherwise top notch.

We bought 2 stoppers for the personalized water bottles, because the one we had broke after a water bottle fall (while cycling). The bottles are great, pretty and of good quality. The only "snag" is the cap, which is very difficult to open and close (the clip on the top) AND, also, once open (cap up), it's also very hard to turn the "neck" to the open position so that the water can dry out. In any case, a child can't do it on his own before 4-5 years old, I'd say (my 6-year-old son, who's starting first grade, just got there this year). It's a real pity, because the purpose of a water bottle is to enable the child to drink independently (and this is true from kindergarten onwards, especially for after-school activities, day-care, school outings, picnics and so on). After that, the advantage is that when the gourd is properly closed, it's really watertight, but then, for that to happen, the child has to be able to close it again, which isn't the case :-( Perhaps you could find a simpler, watertight system for our little ones' hands?

I have not received my order yet

The company took care of Chronopost's delay, refunding me the full amount of my order, which I no longer needed because it was too late. For this I can say that I am very satisfied.

Fast and efficient

Ordered shoe tags and a wooden bag tag for my daughter's first day of kindergarten. Top! A ring would be desirable with the wooden label so that it's less difficult to remove by the child or someone malicious. Otherwise top quality! I'm delighted!

I've been ordering for 5 years; beautiful labels that last over time, bag labels that are just great, my son chose a fox and a dinosaur for his two school bags. The labels are pretty, but quality-wise, they come off in the first wash, even though I did everything right. Disappointed?

Excellent, long-lasting products that are fun for children to play with.

I order these self-adhesive labels every year for my son, and find them very practical for both clothes and objects. I find they last quite a long time, and only in very rare cases do the labels come off the clothes.

Despite several messages sent to find out when I would receive my order. It arrived two weeks later or more. Then when I realized that I was mistaken on a number, it told me that my order was sent but I received it on a week after ??. Disappointed because my previous orders went very well.

2 orders. Both never arrived. The refund was made quickly. We will certainly not order there again. Very disappointing.

The labels are very pretty, exactly as they looked when I ordered them. They seem to stand up to washing (already 2 washes at 40°C and they haven't budged). We'll have to see how long they last.

Gorgeous labels and kind and present customer service. Too bad about the long delivery time, but not their fault.
