I still haven't received anything,I already sent a complaint after 10 days,after that I should have waited another 10 but to date still nothing

I had heard good things about this site but for me I will never order again for the simple reason that my labels never arrived... despite an email to the service I remain unanswered and disappointed not to have the labels for my son's first school year :/.

I've been ordering from you for 3 years and I've always been satisfied with your products. They are very useful and above all of very good quality and last a long time. The termocolant labels are just great, the 1st one I stuck on the nursery's clothes is still there 3 years later.
