Our first order was delayed by a Royal Mail and could not be tracked customer services re-issued a new order to ensure we had the labels in time for starting school at no extra charge to myself. Really highly recommended, will definitely be using again! The labels were cute and perfect sized, just as described. They stuck on easily to the labels, and have so far survived the washing machine and tumble dryer, and wearing them in school. Super happy with them. Also, customer service was impeccable. My order didn't arrive at first so I reached out to them, and they responded very quickly and we're friendly and helpful. They sent out a replacement straight away at no extra cost, which did luckily arrive.

Unfortunately, I can no longer make a positive statement, the non-adhesive labels were replaced by non-adhesive labels. As a result, the money was supposed to be refunded to me... as my account has not been changed in a long time, the money is now supposedly gone... Well, a long back and forth without any success. In addition, the shipping took forever.
