My complete order has not arrived. I ordered some labels and a personalized backpack with my son's name, and only the labels have arrived, which took many, many days. I claimed it last week and have not received any response.

Very satisfied with the product. Super cute design, easy to attach to clothing. My son is very sensitive to the discomfort of tags and tolerates them very well as they are imperceptible to the touch! Highly recommend.

The labels are really pretty, and last well over time. I was afraid that self-adhesive labels for clothes and objects wouldn't hold up as well as iron-on labels. But all the labels I stuck on 4 years ago for my son still hold up, after many washes (washing machine and dishwasher).

The order was delayed and an e-mail was sent too late to give notice, which meant that another solution had to be found very quickly.
