I don't normally leave bad reviews but this company should be avoided at any cost! Their products are very expensive and bad quality. I bought two bottles which cost nearly £40 and the flask stopped working after a few uses. Also bought the iron labels and what horrible quality. They are all peeling off after first wash.

Unfortunately, I still haven't received the missing stickers (paid for long ago). After I complained about it, I received a very friendly email saying that the stickers would be sent immediately. Unfortunately it has not happened.

Very disappointed. Purchase for clothes that I will not renew. Labels all unstuck on 1st day !!!!!

Great labels. Very useful and cute x mark items, clothes and shoes. I have been buying them since my son was born ( 9 years old!!) and have always been great! They stand the test of time and washing even the dryer! Lately I have only had a bit of a delay in delivery, but all solved great thanks to attentive and effective customer service. I recommend the purchase.

First and last name labels purchased for kindergarten garments. Very organized site, extensive customization of graphics, size and quantity of labels, order finalization intuitive and very fast. The nominettes don't hold up as well as the 1st ones I bought, after 3 washes they're already peeling off, whereas the 1st ones still hold up perfectly well.

These name labels are fantastic and fabulous! I love how easy they are to apply and how long lasting there stick is. The patterns are fun and my daughter loves picking out the ones she loves and the combination. I have ordered a few times the stickers, the packs, both for kindergarten and then for school, and they are great, they come in luxury.

I've been ordering from the site for several years now because I know that the products are generally of good quality, but I was a little disappointed with the last order, not in terms of the aesthetics of the labels but in terms of their quality and durability. In fact, some self-adhesive and iron-on clothing labels have already come off, either with the first machine wash or for no particular reason. Normally, labels last much longer on clothes, or even don't come off at all! I have clothes that are a few years old and the labels are still in place! It's a bit of a shame to have to re-glue everything! But the packs are complete and the fact that you can have several pieces of information on the labels is really an advantage compared to other sites of the same kind. Sincerely A loyal customer
