I've been ordering for several years now, and I've never had a problem! Orders are always delivered on time. The quality is very good, I still use last year's labels for the objects and on the clothes too, they don't move when washed, I've never put them back. I also ordered the lunchbox last year, and it's still in perfect condition, the quality of the image hasn't budged, even after several machine washes, so I can probably use it for a long time to come! After several years of ordering on the site, I ordered again and this time I was very disappointed. I ordered for the first time a gourd and a snack box, the thermo gourd arrived with the drawings completely yellowed although the material seems to be of excellent quality. Everything is fine except that I had ordered the labels with two different first names. Unlike the previous order, we received everything in a single booklet with a single sheet of fun stickers. My children would have liked to have their own booklet, especially as last year they had taken it to school to stick their labels there.
