Last year I ordered them and I wasn't too happy either, but I was going on vacation and I wanted to leave it comorado. I paid for it to be express and it did not arrive on time, as I needed, the 48h were not met. Also, they arrived with a number instead of the text, it must be that they got it wrong and it was in the confirmation order, but I think they will do it people, it would help if they made sure that the order was the correct one. It is very obvious that it was wrong. Too bad. I'll look for another page for the next time, of course.

The orders go directly to our machine to be printed, in your case one label was missing a letter from the last name and came with an extra number 6. We asked you to send us the confirmation email of your order so we could compare but we did not receive it :( With classes coming at a great pace, in the summer we have many orders and we can not take the time to check with each customer if they have made the correct personalization. The products are great, good quality and hold up pretty well! Just a problem with delivery on my last order: the 1st letter never arrived and the deadline for confirming non-receipt is 14 days, but following free reshipment, I still received everything on time. Responsive customer service.
