Hello, it was announced 8 days to receive my package. Order made on 16/07 (or 15 I do not know). Today is the 27th and still nothing. My daughter is leaving for camp tomorrow, so I won't be able to mark her clothes. 19.50 of iron-on labels for nothing because I won't be needing them anymore. I'm really disappointed with the service.

Wonderful products tailored to suit your child's tastes and personality. I love the non iron labels and have to admit I was sceptical the first time I ordered them but I shouldn't have been. I usually buy the labels to stick with an iron and this time I bought the ones that don't need it. Until they arrived I didn't know that they can't be glued directly on the garment, or that they have to "rest" for 24 hours. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention before buying them, but I would have chosen another option.
