I have ordered some labels from you and they didn't arrive after 10 working days. When I sent an email regarding this, your colleague was extremely helpful, and offered a refund or to resend the items on your cost. I then replied saying I would like a refund only to re-order as I decided to have a different design on the labels in the meantime. I specifically said I decided with the fox design. Then your colleague sent a picture with altered design saying if this is the one I'd reorder, they can send it instead of the first (lost) order. I find it 100% helpful and customer friendly service. The labels are fantastic too, I love them

Placed an order on the 3/09/23 not yet received. Contacted company who said they would honour another order out to me. Not yet received again. 8/09/23. Granddaughter as started school now 6/09/23 with out any of her labels.

We've had these stickers every year for the past 4 years. They always last to the end of the school year and are really durable - very few scratches or fading. I've tried others but these are by far the best. My daughter loves customising her stickers for the start of the school year. Just make sure you order in plenty of time as they do take a while to arrive.
