The status of the item was not up to date, it was still in "shipped" while I received the order. When we want to order it doesn't have many options and between sticky labels and for object it doesn't have the same models and we can't remove later the sticky labels.

Product never arrived. Automated email on contacting saying if parcel not arrived chase the post office, however the confirmation email for order said the parcel was not tracked so Post Office cant do anything. Waiting for time lapse for dispute to be raised with bank.

Shipped on time, even if it seems a bit long for something from the country next door. The whole thing was put in a simple envelope, it arrived all twisted and perforated. The labels themselves are perfect, I love the look, they're easy to use, and the format doesn't take up too much space for storage.
